BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
200601SWR Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
Adjust estimated quantities as "as build" for a total decrease of$27,134.80.
Increase contract deadline for a total of thirty-six (36)working days.
Passed and approved this 9th day of January 2007.
