BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be
allowed for 2006-05STI, 32nd Avenue&Prince Drive Utility Project:
Change Order Number I(final):
Adjust bid quantities to the as-built quantities,including extra foundation/stabilization rock,
at the appropriate unit prices as bid for a total increase of$4,747.75.
Passed and approved this 9th day of January 2007.
