ESTABLISHING VISION INSURANCE MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION RATES
FOR THE CITY OF BROOKINGS VISION INSURANCE PLAN
WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2009 employee and employer contributions for
the vision insurance plan be established as follows:
