A Resolution Authorizing Change Order#7 (CCO#7) For
2008-03STI Downtown Streetscape Project
Winter Brothers Underground, Inc., Sioux Falls, South Dakota
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-03SSI, Downtown Streetscape Project:
Construction Change Order Number 7:
Adjust estimated the bid contract for the following bid items at the appropriate bid prices for a
total increase of$14,398.20 to the contract:
• Receptacle Post Extra Conduit
• Core drill storm sewer manhole at Station 5+06
• Core drill drop inlet at Station 5+06
• Saw and remove the top 30" of the steam tunnel on 4th Street
• Irrigation hookups, hose bib valve boxes, isolation valves & conduit
Passed and approved this le day of November 2008.
