ESTABLISHING DENTAL INSURANCE MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION RATES
FOR THE CITY OF BROOKINGS DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN
WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2009 employee and employer contributions for
the dental insurance plan be established as follows:
