900 ton concrete sand @$7.50 per ton = $6,750.00
ACTUAL QUANTITY PURCHASED
891.98 ton concrete sand @ $7.50 per ton = $6,689.85
REDUCTION TO CONTRACT $ 60.15
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following Change Order be allowed for
purchase of concrete sand:
CCO Number 1 (Final) –Adjust contract with a reduction of$60.15
Passed and approved this 23`d day of September, 2008.
