2008-03STI Downtown Streetscape Project
Winter Brothers Underground,Inc., Sioux Falls, South Dakota
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be
allowed for 2008-03SSI,Downtown Streetscape Project:
Construction Change Order Number 3:
Remove 242 linear feet of small steam tunnel (approximately 2'x3') and properly dispose of
all materials including abatement contractor for an increase of$16,940 to the contract.
Passed and approved this 8th day of July 2008.
