Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 pm on Tuesday,July 1, 2008; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bids for Project
2008-04STA Alley Assessment Project:
Bowes Construction, Inc., Brookings, SD $37,916.65
Now Therefore,Be It Resolved that the low bid of Bowes Construction, Inc.,
Brookings, SD of$37,916.65 be accepted.
Passed and approved this 8th day of July 2008.
