BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be
allowed for 2008-03SSI,Downtown Streetscape Project:
Construction Change Order Number 2:
Adjust estimated the bid contract to omit the following bid items at the appropriate bid
prices for a total decrease of$50,200.00 to the contract:
• Bid Item A9 (Construction Staking and Control)
• Bid Item A10 (Testing& Inspection Services)
• Bid Item B10 (Remove Storefront Awning)
• Bid Item C7 (Bicycle Bollard)
Passed and approved this 24th day of June 2008.
