BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-03SSI,Downtown Streetscape Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1:
Adjust estimated bid quantities to revise the water main from the single water main included in the
bid documents to a parallel water may system at the appropriate unit prices as bid for a total
decrease of$35,898.00.
Passed and approved this 27th day of May 2008.
