Resolution Authorizing Mayor to Sign an Agreement
For Federal Aviation Administration Project
Project No. AP0005-2008
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings desires funding for the equipment and labor to repair
the existing fueling system at the Brookings Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, The State of South Dakota Department of Transportation Office of
Aeronautics has approved the use of allocated fuel tax funds for this project; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration is hereby requested to authorize
Project No. AP0005-2008 in accordance with the approved state financial assistance agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign all
documents related to an agreement for the Federal Aviation Administration Project No. AP0005-
2008.
Passed and approved this 12th day of February 2008.
