Resolution Authorizing River Ridge Road District
Brookings County, South Dakota
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received a petition requesting the organization and
incorporation of the River Ridge Road District;and
WHEREAS, said petition indicates the desire of qualified landowners within the proposed
boundaries to create the River Ridge Road District;and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED, that the City of Brookings approves the
request for the River Ridge Road District.
Passed and approved this 8t" day of January, 2008.
