Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for the
Airport Fuel System Project— Concrete Work:
Construction Change Order Number I (Final)
Increase the contract by $432.00 due to the need of a light pole at the new Jet
Fuel tank location to close out the project.
Adjust contract final completion date to September I, 2009
Passed and approved this 8th day of December, 2009.
