Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2008-
09STI Rio Grande, Napa Valley & Cumberland Court Project:
Construction Change Order Number 4
Adjust contract for additional HDPE storm sewer and rear yard area drains for
an increase of$57,885.51 to the contract.
Adjust the contract final completion date to December 15, 2009.
Passed and approved this I7`h day of November, 2009.
