BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-123 Sieler Addition Street Project:
Construction Change Order Number 2 final
Adjust fmal quantities to as-built quantities for a total decrease of$10,931.38 to final
out the project.
Passed and approved this 27`" day of October, 2009.
