BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-123 Sieler Addition Street Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1
Adjust contract for additional work to install 8" double wall pvc drain pipe for a total
increase of$18,279.20
Adjust contract completion date by 24 days to July 24, 2009
Passed and approved this 27th day of October, 2009.
