BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2009-02STA 1 5th Street South, Christine Avenue and Camelot Drive Street Assessment
Project:
Construction Change Order Number I - Remove 4' of Curb and Gutter, unclassified
excavation, repair of a water valve and change of asphalt from Class G Type 1 85%
quartzite to Class G Type I for a total decrease of$1,486.64.
Passed and approved this 22' day of September, 2009.
