Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2008-04STA
Alley Assessment Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
Adjust estimated bid quantities to "as build" quantities for a total decrease of$13,542.87.
Adjust completion date to August 13, 2009.
Passed and approved this 13th day of October, 2009.
