Resolution Awarding Bids for
Airport Fuel Tank Removal and Site Restoration Project
Whereas,the City of Brookings opened bids for the Airport Fuel Tank Removal and Site
Restoration Project on Tuesday, September 15,2009 at 1:30 pm at Brookings City Hall;and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bids for the Airport Fuel Tank
Removal and Site Restoration Project:
VJAhlers Excavating, Inc., Brookings, SD ,$56,357.70
Prussman Contracting, Inc.,Brookings, SD $101,869.40
Now Therefore,Be It Resolved that the low bid of VJAhlers Excavating, Inc., Brookings, SD
for the Airport Fuel Tank Removal and Site Restoration Project in the sum of x'56,357.70 is accepted.
Passed and approved this 22°d day of September, 2009.
