Resolution Authorizing Golf Cart Lease Agreement
Whereas,the City of Brookings annually leases motorized golf carts for use at EdgeBrook Golf
Course, and
Whereas,the fleet of golf carts currently being leased by the city, under terms of a lease expiring in
2009, is available for one additional year of use, and
Whereas, it would be in the best interest of the city to lease one additional year, at an annual cost
identical to that currently in effect, $22,183.20,
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the city of Brookings, South Dakota that it
authorizes the City Manager to sign such lease agreement for the calendar year 2010.
Passed and approved this 11th day of August 2009.
