ALLEY VACATION
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent
(100%) of the adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Brookings:
That the portion of the alley abutting the west lot line of Lots 8, 9, 10 and I I and the east lot
line of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15 in Block 3, Morehouse Addition is hereby vacated subject to a
utility easement over, on and under the entire vacated portion.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of June, 2009.
