BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-09STI Rio Grand, Napa Valley and Cumberland Court,Valley View Phase I Project,
Construction Change Order Number 1;Additional granular subbase material and geogrid
for unsuitable subgrade areas for a total increase of$8,320.00.
Passed and approved this 23`d day of June 2009.
