Streetscape Project -Winter Brothers Underground, Inc., Sioux Falls, South
Dakota
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-03SSI, Downtown Streetscape Project, Construction Change Order Number 9:
Storm Sewer work to include replacement of storm sewer manhole, replacement of storm
sewer manhole lids, extra topsoil excavation in bump-out nodes, and additional electrical
work to change location of a walk/don't walk pole for a total increase of$7,815.00 to the
contract. Extend the contract by three calendar days.
Passed and approved this 23`d day of June 2009.
