A Resolution Authorizing Change Order #8 (CCO#8) For
2008-03STI Downtown Streetscape Project
Winter Brothers Underground, Inc., Sioux Falls, South Dakota
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2008-03SSI, Downtown Streetscape Project, Construction Change Order Number 8:
Storm Sewer work to include 68' of 12" PVC Storm Sewer from a stub-out between
buildings 221 and 225 Main Avenue to DI-16, including 2-12" PVC 45 degree bends, core
drilling DI-16, one 12" PVC cap and 12" PVC Storm Sewer for an increase of$4,370.00.
Extend the contract by one calendar day.
Passed and approved this 23`d day of June 2009.
