Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to.Sign an Easement with DM&E
Bike Path Project POENH(147) PCN 00C2
WHEREAS, the Brookings City Council desires the construction and improvement of the bike path
project Number POENH(147) PCN 00C2;
AND WHEREAS, The City of Brookings desires to enter into an agreement for an easement with
Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation for the bike path located on DM&E property,
legally described as SE 1/z of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 30-T110N-R49W, in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign all documents
related to the easement.
Passed and approved this 26th day of May 2009.
