STREET VACATION
WHEREAS,a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent (100%) of the
adjacent property owners.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Brookings:
That the portion of 9th Street from the west right-of-line of 14th Avenue east 488 feet to the west
edge of the Student Center Lane roadway on the SDSU Campus is hereby vacated subject to a right-
of-way easement over the west 80 feet thereof.
Passed and approved this 24th day of February, 2009.
