Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following Change Order be allowed for 2013-08STI,
Street Maintenance & Overlay Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1: Adjust contract for the addition of 24" RCP
storm sewer,flared ends, riprap and seeding for a total increase of$10,451.48 to the
contract.
Passed and approved this 13th day of August, 2013.
