Whereas, the City of Brookings opened bids for Brookings Recreation/Bike Path & Structure Project
POENH(I47) PCN 00C2 and EM 8006(49) PCN 010A on Tuesday,January 12, 2010 at 1:30 pm at
Brookings City Hall; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bids for Brookings Recreation/Bike Path
& Structure Project POENH(I47) PCN 00C2 and EM 8006(49) PCN OIOA

South Dakota Department of Transportation in the award of the bid.
Passed and approved this 26th day of January 2010.
