Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2009-01 SWR
Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter Project:
Construction Change Order Number I Final
Adjust estimated bid quantities to final "as build" quantities for a total decrease of
$3,808.30 to close out the project.
Passed and approved this 12th day of January 2010.
