An Ordinance Pertaining To An Application For A Conditional Use For A
Day Care Facility In The Residence R-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the city of Brookings, South Dakota,that
said conditional use shall be approved for a day care facility in all of Mae's Addition; Park Place
Addition; Lot H-3 in the NW 'A,NW1/4 of Section 26-T110N-R5OW; Lots 1-3 of Randall's
Addition and a portion of the vacated street; Lot B of County Highway First Addition; Lot 2 of
th Rai
13Railroad Addition excluding the east 180 feet thereof, also known as 405 First Avenue.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
