An Ordinance Pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use
(Boardinghouse)in a Residence R-2 District
Be it ordained by the governing body of the city of Brookings, South Dakota that said
conditional use shall be approved for a boardinghouse on the North 60' of Lots 14 and 15, Block
11, Skinner's Second Addition with the following conditions:
1. The Boardinghouse shall have a maximum of four persons.
2. The Conditional Use shall be granted to George and Carol Covrig only.
3. A 6 foot high privacy fence shall be installed as depicted on the site plan submitted by the
Corvigs.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First reading: June 10, 2002
Second reading: June 24, 2002
