AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE FOR A BOARDINGHOUSE FOR FOUR(4) PERSONS IN
THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that
said conditional use shall be approved for a boardinghouse on Lot 11, Block 3, Skinner's
First Addition with the following conditions:
1. The boardinghouse is limited to a maximum of four(4) persons.
2. The conditional use shall only apply to Jeff& Robin Rief.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
