AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE FOR AN APARTMENT IN THE RESIDENCE R-2
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that
said conditional use shall be approved for an apartment on Lots 1 — 8, Block 5, Skinner's
Second Addition with the following conditions:
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
