An Ordinance Pertaining To An Application For A Conditional Use For A
Boardinghouse In The Residence R-2 District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA THAT SAID CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE
APPROVED FOR A BOARDINGHOUSE ON LOT 4, COLLEGE ADDITION WITH THE
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The Conditional Use Permit shall be granted to Valerie Woods/Millwood Properties
L. L.C. only, and shall terminate if Valerie Woods conveys the property to another
person or conveys her interest in Millwood Properties to another person, or Millwood
Properties, L.L.C. conveys the property to another person; and
2. The boardinghouse shall be limited to four (4) persons
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
