An Ordinance Amending Section 83-372 Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of
Brookings And Pertaining To The Designation Of Through Streets.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA,AS FOLLOWS:
I. Sec.82-372.Through streets designated.
The following streets or portions of streets are designated as through streets pursuant to the provisions
of this division:
Street or Avenue Extent
3rd Street From Main to 22nd Avenue
3rd Avenue From 3rd Street north to 6th Street
5th Avenue From 3rd Street north to 6th Street
6th Street From the east city limits to the west city limits
8th Street From Western Avenue to 16th Avenue
18th Street From the west city limits to the east city limits
2nd Street South From Western Avenue to Medary Avenue
Orchard Drive From Medary Avenue to 22nd Avenue
8th Street South From the west city limits to 22nd Avenue
12th Street South From Main Avenue to 22nd Avenue
20th Street South From the west city limits to 22nd Avenue
Main Avenue From the south city limits to 8th Street
Medary Avenue From the south city limits to the north city limits
Western Avenue From 18th Street to the south city limits
12th Avenue From 3rd Street to its northern terminus
17th Avenue From 6th Street to its southern terminus
22nd Avenue From the south city limits to 18th Street
II. Any or all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
