AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A THREE UNIT APARTMENT IN THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA THAT SAID CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE
APPROVED FOR A THREE UNIT APARTMENT ON THE EAST 70' OF LOT 3, BLOCK
3, THIRD ADDITION WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The Conditional Use Permit shall be granted to Jeff Rogers only.
2. The maximum number of dwelling units shall be three.
3. The owner shall reside in one of the units.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
