AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELECTION
PRECINCTS FOR THE CITY OF BROOKINGS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
The city of Brookings is hereby divided into six(6)precincts,each of which shall constitute an
election precinct.
Precinct 1 All that part of the city which lies east of Medary Avenue and north of
Sixth Street is designated as precinct one.
Precinct 2 All that part of the city which lies west of Medary Avenue and north of
Sixth Street is designated as precinct two.
Precinct 3 All that part of the city which lies west of Medary Avenue and south of
Sixth Street and north of 8th Street South is designated as precinct
three.
Precinct 4 All that part of the city which lies east of Medary Avenue, south of
Sixth Street,north of Railroad tracks is designated as precinct four.
Precinct 5 All that part of the city which lies east of Medary Avenue and south of
Railroad is designated as precinct five.
Precinct 6 All that part of the city which lies west of Medary Avenue and south of
8r1i Street South is designated as precinct six.
