AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION IN THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that
said conditional use shall be approved for a major home occupation (Transmission
Shop) on Lot 6, Block 12, Parkdale Home Association Third Addition with the following
conditions:
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECOND READING: WITHDRAWN on November 9, 2004
