An Ordinance Amending Section 42-94 Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of
Brookings, South Dakota And Pertaining To The Position Of Ex Officio Member Of The Hospital
Board Of Trustees Of The City Of Brookings, South Dakota.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH
DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
I.
Sec. 42-94. Ex Officio Members. The City Manager,or designee of the city manager, shall serve
as an ex officio member of the hospital board of trustees. The ex officio member shall be entitled to
all privileges and rights of a board member,except the ex officio member shall not be entitled to
make or second motions or to vote.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
