An Ordinance Revising The Composition And Residency Requirements For
Members Of The Airport Board.
Be It Ordained And Enacted by the City Council of the City of Brookings, State
of South Dakota, as follows:
I.
Sec. 18-32. Composition and Residency Requirements.
The airport board shall be composed of five members. Not less than three members
of the airport board shall be duly qualified residents and electors of the city. Two
members may be residents and electors of the County of Brookings, residing outside the
corporate limits of the city.
Sec. 18-33. Reserved.
II.
Any or all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
