AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE FOR A BOARDINGHOUSE FOR FOUR(4)
PERSONS IN THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
conditional use shall be approved for a Boardinghouse for four(4)persons on the E73' of Lots
10 and 10A and the W150' of the S' of Lot 9, Block 3, First Addition with the following
conditiongs:
None
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
