AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) IN THE
RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA THAT SAID CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE APPROVED FOR A
MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ON LOT 12, COLLEGE
ADDITION WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The conditional use shall only be granted to Harold and Lois Widvey.
2. Any reoccupation of the building for residential purposes shall require a review of the
conditional use by the Planning Commission.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
