An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a major home
occupation (portrait studio) in the Residence R-1B District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for a major home occupation (portrait studio) on the East 104.7 feet of
Outlot 7 except Lot H-1 in the SW 1/4 of Section 35-T110N-R5OW with the following conditions:
None
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
