An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a
boardinghouse for four(4) persons in the Residence R-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a boardinghouse for four (4) persons on the east
five feet (5') of Lot 6, all of Lot 7, Block 10, Morehouse Addition with the following
conditions:
1. The Conditional Use shall only be granted to David Nagelhout.
2. All required on-premise parking spaces must be hardsurfaced with asphalt or
concrete
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECOND READING: November 27, 2007 - FAILED
