An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a four unit
apartment in the Residence R-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a four unit apartment on Lots 1 and 2 Block 2,
Timberline Addition with the following conditions:
1. The apartment shall have a maximum of four (4) units.
2. The apartment building shall be restricted to a height of one story.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
