An Ordinance Pertaining To An Application For A Conditional Use For a Boardinghouse for
four (4) person in the Residence R-2 District.
Be It Ordained By The Governing Body Of The City Of Brookings, South Dakota That Said
Conditional Use Shall Be Approved for a boardinghouse for four (4) persons on Lot 12, Block
2, Skinner's Addition With The Following Conditions:
1. The Conditional Use shall be granted to Floyd Havrevold only
2. All required parking spaces for the use shall be hard surfaced with concrete or asphalt
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
