An Ordinance Pertaining To An Application For A Conditional Use
For a Major Home Occupation (Portrait Studio) in the Residence R-3 District
Be it ordained by the Governing Body of the City Of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a major home occupation (Portrait Studio) on Lot 139,
Onaka Village, Indian Hills Addition with the following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use shall be granted to the applicant only.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
