An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a major home
occupation (beauty shop) in the Residence R-1B District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings,South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for a major home occupation (beauty shop) on Lot 9,Block 3,Timberline
Addition with the following conditions:
Approval subject to a sign with a maximum size of four (4) square feet and attached to the
wall of the garage.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
