An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a two-ramify dwelling in
the Residence R-1B District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for a two-family dwelling on Lot 1, Block 5,Bluegill Addition with the
following conditions:
None
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
