An Ordinance pertaining to an application for an amended Conditional Use for an
apartment with 10 units in then Residence R-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for an apartment with 10 units on a portion of Lots 18 and Lot 19, except the
W85' of Lot 19, College Addition with the following conditions:
None.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
